Job Description Job Description Location: Vancouver, WA Duration: Temp-to-Hire Hours/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $25-$30 per hour, DOE LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Vancouver, WA. We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join their team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, helping the company attract, screen, and hire top talent to support its growth. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Maintain accurate candidate and job data in the applicant tracking system Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation Assist with recruitment reporting and analytics as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Office and recruiting software Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: Jake Anderson Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
