On days that onsite activity is not required, individuals in this role may work remotely. - -All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new employee orientation. -As the largest nonprofit health system serving the Portland-Southwest Washington areas and the mid-Willamette Valley, Legacy Health provides a range of services - we have six hospitals, one of which includes a center solely dedicated to children's care, Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel. Our major partnerships include those with PacificSource Health Plans and the Unity Center for Behavioral Health, a one-of-a-kind center for people facing a mental health crisis that is collaboratively operated between four regional health systems and numerous community partners.ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Coordinated & Integrated Leaves is responsible for overseeing the reporting and administration of workers' compensation claims, short- and long-term disability claims, accommodations under the ADA, employee leaves under both company policy and federal and state laws. - - Ensures compliance with state and federal laws regarding workers' compensation, ERISA, OSHA reporting, ADA, FMLA and OFLA, and LHS policy. -As a member of the People & Culture Leadership Team:

• Builds systems and structures that consistently cultivate all forms of safety (physical, psychological, professional) for individuals and teams across the organizationQualificationsEducation:Bacheor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent applicable experience. -Experience:A minimum of five to eight years of diverse and progressively more responsible experience with Workers' Compensation, disability and leave claims.
