- This is a permanent, full time, management service
position.

future vacancies as they occur.WHAT YOU WILL DOThe HR Support
Specialist will aid in consultation and customer service in all HR
areas with a primary focus on employee information and systems. The
person in this position will serve as a member of the HR team and
assist with: Direct support of the HR Director, Affirmative Action,
Records and Retention, including Training and Learning Management
systems.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDTwo (2) years of human
resources clerical-support experience directly assisting human
resources professionals in the administrative functions of a human
resources program; ORThree (3) years progressively responsible
administrative, clerical or record-keeping support experience
College-level course work may substitute for the general experience
requirement based on 45-quarter units per year.The State Certified
Human Resources Professional (SCHRP) certification, awarded by the
Oregon Chief Human Resources Office, substitutes for six months of
human resource professional-level experience.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING
