Job Description:

educational facilities, is seeking motivated individuals for the
position of Driver Trainee. This position is ideal for individuals
looking to start a career in transportation and wishing to grow
within a reputable company. As a Driver Trainee, you will be
trained by seasoned professionals to operate delivery vehicles
safely and efficiently, preparing you for a full-time role as a
Sysco Delivery Driver. Attend and successfully complete
professional driving school and training sessions as scheduled by
management. Assist in loading and unloading goods to ensure safe
and accurate deliveries. Learn and apply skills related to
navigation and efficient route management. Maintain a clean and
safe vehicle, adhering to company standards as well as local,
state, and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with
dispatch and operations personnel to ensure optimal customer
service. Observe experienced drivers' techniques and integrate
skills into practical application. Complete daily logs and reports
as required. Strong communication and organizational skills Ability
to operate and navigate using GPS and other navigation tools
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle cargo Good time
management skills Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles Medical

Valid driver's license Ability to pass a DOT physical upon
completion of training Clean driving record
