seeking a Product Manager of Cart & Checkout that will be Global
Product Organization. Youll work closely with product and design
leaders for Under Armour Ecommerce Experience - with a specific
focus on our global cart and checkout experiences. Youll be part of
a close-knit team who is transforming Under Armour as it
strengthens and deepens its relationship with its customers. We are
passionate about making athletes better. To do this, we must stay
close to our consumers, which means listening and performing
research, designing experiments, digging into product analytics,
and engaging with our athletes whenever possible.Essential Duties &
Responsibilities
- The Product Manager owns a project or small number of projects
within a larger product. Often is accountable for execution and
delivery of those projects against a more broadly articulated
roadmap and strategy.
- You write specifications and lead multidisciplinary teams
(engineering, design, project management, etc.) to deliver features
to our consumers.
- The PM will analyze customer feedback, product analytics and
external benchmarking to identify new feature opportunities and
make iterative product changes based. You will identify testing
opportunities to maximize the impact of content within digital
commerce
- You should provide clear, transparent communication about
progress, priorities and decision making and what data points are
driving the decision making and prioritization of the
roadmap.Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- A successful Product Manager is passionate about great products
and the consumer experience.
- You can set clear direction for teams, collaborate with peers,
and motivate them to achieve goals that are part of the broader
product vision as well as build consensus amongst the team, helping
to reach decisions that stick.
- The Product Manager can construct an evidenced-based,
data-driven argument in support of a product decision and
direction. They can effectively communicate product ideas with
others outside of their immediate work group in documents,
presentations, and in person.
- You should be self-directed in execution and require limited
supervision in defining product roadmap and little to no oversight
in driving execution. You take an active role in defining the
product direction relative to the overall product strategy.
- This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving
skills and a proven ability to find answers to business questions
via hands-on exploration of data and research.Education And / Or
Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years in software, technology, or consumer product
management focused roles (Direct to Consumer experience
preferred)
- Passionate about making all athletes better around the
world.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability
to find answers to business questions via hands-on exploration of
data and research.
- Experience in optimizing product features after release through
data-driven iteration.
- You can design digital process flows for data and people and
have familiarity with prototyping tools such as Zeplin or
InVision.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in scrum/agile
development methodologies and toolsOther Requirements
- Return to Work Designation: Fully Remote
- Travel: IE- 1-2 times per quarter
- Bachelor's degree in technology, marketing, math, or related
discipline preferred.
- You have experience working with remote vendors, teammates, and
customers in other countries.
- You are skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing your work and
problem solving.
- You are diligent in documenting and standardizing your
work.
- You have experience working with Agile tools such as Jira,
collaboration tools like Confluence and Roadmunk.Salary and

- Base Compensation Range: $99,000 - $136,000#LI-REMOTEAt Under
