If you share our passion for nursing and making a positive impact, we invite you to apply today. /n The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” /n A day in the life may include: /n /n - Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm /n - Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments /n - Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care /n - Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction /n /n /n Part Time- Saturdays 6a-6p /n Pay range: $48/hr depending on experience $2-$3 shift differential* /n To be successful in the role, you would have: /n /n - Current RN license in the state for which applying /n - Current CPR certification /n - Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred /n - New grads are welcome! /n /n What's in it for you? /n As one of the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in the country, we are more than just a place to work.
