Department/Unit Summary The ICU RN provides direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Meets the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural and needs of the patient and family. Communicate effectively with all members of the health care team as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment. 12 Hour Shifts: 0700-1930 & 1900-0730 How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
