What You’ll Do: Deliver skilled physical therapy in an outpatient rehab setting. Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress according to individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality care. Occasionally provide specialized therapy based on department needs. What You Need: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire. BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire).
