love. True teamwork: Collaborate daily with a full
interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses,
neuropsychology, case management, physical therapists, occupational
therapists, speech-language pathologists, therapy technicians, and
support staff in a collaborative environment where your voice
matters. High-intensity rehab focus: You'll primarily serve
patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury,
progressive neurological conditions, amputation, orthopedic
injuries, cardiopulmonary issues, and complex medical conditions.
State-of-the-art facilities: And we're growing. A new 42-bed
freestanding inpatient rehabilitation hospital (opening mid-late
2026) will feature a 10-bed traumatic brain injury unit and therapy
spaces designed to integrate cutting-edge rehab technology. Oregon

Valley, with rivers, trails, and mountains just minutes away. How
you'll contribute A Speech Pathologist excels in this role: Assess
speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Develop and implement
treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide education to
patients and families regarding therapy goals. Document
evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination. Perform
other duties as assigned. What we're looking for Education:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology License: Current SLP
license and ASHA certification Certifications: CPR required What we
