PeaceHealth is seeking a full-time Family Medicine w/OB Physician in Longview, Washington! Practice Highlights: Full-time | 1.0 FTE | 34 patient contact hours Call: 1 weeknight per week every 4th weekend (Fri–Sun) Clinic: 14 exam rooms, approx. 20 patients/day, and 20 births annually Birthing Center: 12 private suites, 2 C?section suites, 2 postpartum suites Tools & Support: 1:1 Medical Assistant In?basket clinician support EPIC EMR, Dragon, DAX AI scribe Medical Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist Diabetic & Palliative Care specialists In?house Controlled Substance Management & Chronic Care Teams Behavioral health support onsite Experience Longview, Washington: Forbes named Longview one of America’s prettiest towns thanks to its location between the Columbia River and Mount St. Helens. Compensation & Benefits: First year salary guarantee of $294,299 After guarantee period: Productivity-based compensation panel management bonuses up to 10% extra in value measures. Washington state has no personal income tax.
