Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated RN Outpatient to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing top-level nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring seamless integration of services as we strive to not only treat but also to enhance patient well-being. Your commitment will be pivotal in executing our mission of comprehensive, integrated care. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Supervise assigned team members. Administer medications and treatments in compliance with the prescribed plans. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare team members. Proficiency in clinical skills with an ability to handle emergency situations Effective communication and collaboration skills Capability to perform detailed assessments Record management and documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia BLS Certification required; ACLS preferred
