Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our
multidisciplinary team providing high-quality psychological
services to our diverse patient population across Oregon and
Washington. This role involves assessing and providing therapeutic
interventions to patients with a wide range of psychological
conditions, contributing to our mission of compassionate service
through innovative health solutions. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in clinical psychology, a passion for
healthcare improvement, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health
disorders. Develop treatment plans collaboratively with patients,
focusing on individualized goals. Implement therapeutic
interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy,
psychoeducation, and crisis interventions. Evaluate patient
progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share
insights. Provide training and support to other healthcare
professionals on mental health issues. Conduct research to
contribute to the knowledge base in psychology and improve clinical
practice. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in psychology.
Ability to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in
maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Capacity
for empathy, resilience, and providing care in a non-judgmental
manner. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Licensed to practice as a Psychologist in the state
of Oregon or Washington. Board-certification in Clinical Psychology
is preferable.
