Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Outpatient Experience is preferred Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient Shift: Days Location Highlights Eugene, Oregon, offers a variety of recreational activities and cultural attractions.
