Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Services Job Type: Night Shift - 1900 - 0730 Wage scale: $54.47 - $75.08 per hour This is a Union position. Essential Functions - Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. - Documents patient care provided. - Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. - Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. - Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. - Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances. - Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. - Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. - Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed. - Maintains regular and reliable attendance. - Performs other duties as assigned.
