Job Description:
Legacy Health, a respected leader in healthcare with a network

currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Surgical Technologist
to join our team. In this role, you will work directly in our
operating rooms, assisting during surgeries by ensuring that the
environment is safe, equipment functions properly, and the surgical
team's needs are met promptly. Our commitment to patient care and

organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies as
required for various surgical procedures. Ensure all instruments
are sterile and working properly. Assist surgical team in putting
on gloves and gowns. Pass instruments to surgeons without
prompting. Help position the patient on the operating table. Count
sponges, needles, and instruments before and after operation.
Maintain a clean and safe surgical environment. Strong knowledge of
surgical instruments and supplies. Ability to work quickly under
pressure in stressful situations. Excellent interpersonal skills,
able to communicate effectively with surgeons and staff. Detail
oriented, able to follow strict protocols accurately. Medical

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of
Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA). Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification.
