Pharmacist Location: Coquille, OR Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay:
$3,500 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position LSI17840
Mon- Fri, 9:00am-6:00pm, Yes, but willing to do 7:30am-4:30pm or a
close variance. Requirements Years of Experience 2 Years Regulatory
Requirements: • Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science
degree or equivalent. • Graduated from an accredited School of
Pharmacy. • Current Pharmacist certification or licensure in the
State of Oregon, unencumbered. • Prior leadership or management
experience in an inpatient/outpatient hospital setting strongly
preferred. • Education in all age groups ranging from newborn to
the geriatric population obtained either in school education or
subsequent training. Schedule: Monday - Friday Full-Time Status,
with On-Call as needed.
