Date: 04-23-2026 Contract Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: Nights,
7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, rotating weekends (Night shift / NOC) Hours per

people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Provide high-quality,
compassionate care to adult acute care and perioperative patients
in the Med-Surg/OR setting Perform thorough patient assessments and
implement individualized nursing plans Collaborate with surgeons,
anesthesiologists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe
perioperative transitions Administer medications, monitor patient
status, and document care accurately in the EHR Respond to
emergencies and use ACLS and NIHSS skills when indicated to
optimize patient outcomes Mentor and support nurse assistants and
newer staff, promoting best practices and a patient-first culture
Support discharge planning and patient education to promote
recovery and continuity of care Qualifications Current,
unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission Healthcare
Provider level BLS required AHA ACLS required NIHSS certification
required Medical-Surgical Specialty Certification (CMSRN) strongly
encouraged and preferred Comfortable working nights and rotating
weekends with strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
Education Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN) or
equivalent Knowledge & Skills Solid knowledge of adult acute care
and perioperative/operating room workflows Strong assessment and
clinical decision-making skills for med-surg and post-operative
patients Familiarity with ACLS protocols and NIHSS stroke
assessment Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate
clinical documentation Excellent communication, teamwork, and
patient education abilities Ability to handle emergent situations
