This position offers an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support K-12 students in a school setting within Yamhill County, Oregon. The role focuses on delivering in-person and teletherapy OT services designed to improve fine motor and gross motor skills among school-aged children. Location: McMinnville, OR Job Duration: Current School Year Contract (ASAP to June 10, 2026) Hours: 26 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services tailored to students across K-12 grades to enhance fine and gross motor abilities. Deliver therapy via both direct in-person sessions and teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and procedures. Desired Experience and Skills: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with experience working in educational settings. Solid background in facilitating fine motor and gross motor skill development for children and adolescents. Knowledge of teletherapy best practices and use of virtual platforms for therapy delivery. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
