DESCRIPTION: The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team. You will work in an outpatient, clinic-based environment with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance. QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree in Social Work from a college or university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, or the Canadian Association for Social Work Education, or foreign degrees determined to be equivalent by the Council on Social Work Educations International Social Work Degree Recognition and Evaluation Service. Current and active Oregon licensure as an LCSW (required) Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care Accepted Licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) SCHEDULE: Choice of 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts Days only, Monday through Friday No weekends or on-call requirements COMMUNITY: Located in beautiful Douglas County, Oregon, Roseburg offers an unmatched quality of life.
