About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Mindlance
Health to find a qualified House Supervisor RN in Hood River,
Oregon, 97031! ID: 75644206 Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00);
Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: 1Y/1ST TIMER - ED or
ICU Exp RN House Supervisor - Req 9697Will position float between
units: yes per unit needsIs on-call required? NoAre weekends
required? Yes days and/or nights- variable with weekdaysAre block
schedules required? NoWhat are expected ratios? no ratiosSpecial
requirements: ED or ICU experience. Needs BLS, ACLS. PALS highly
desired. Possibly accept candidate without PALS but would not be

Must have a vehicle for this assignment! Please note, it s common
for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets AYA
Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units
and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities:
Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls,
Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only If your
traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to
Seaside, they will receive $5/hr incentive for hours worked at
Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating
consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.
Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to

schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system

agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell
phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no
cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile
phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency
monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up
to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will
be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to
Agency. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
Over 20 hours requires PM approval Modules are completed pre-start,
and annually Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is
