for the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at Providence Willamette
Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR. Per-Diem/Day Shift This is
a combined posting for a Social Worker LCSW, a Licensed
Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.
The requirements of each role are listed below under each
associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on

three positions, we encourage you to apply. The Social Worker LCSW,
Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist practices in an inpatient psychiatry unit dedicated to
serving youth ages 5-17. The position will collaborate with other
disciplines in the formation of treatment plans and patient
assessments while supporting the unity in providing evidence-based
and trauma informed care in small groups and individually. Under
supervision, this position will utilize established approaches and
standards; complete and implement plans designed to promote patient
safety; incorporate evidenced-based approaches to psychotherapy.
The position requires experience with acute mental healthcare and
experience in providing psychoeducational & skills-based groups.
Experience with children/adolescents and knowledge of Collaborative

LCSW Required Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Social Work from
a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in
candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE). -
Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire. - Upon request:
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are
required to comply with all state laws and requirements for
driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver
license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional
information. - 2 years relevant Social Work experience. May include

COUNSELOR Required Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Counseling,
