Highway 99 Vancouver, WA 98665, USA We offer the following benefits
for Full Time employees: Pay is a combination of hourly rate and
production bonuses with an expected total comp in the range of $60

Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College Current applicable
State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of
employment) Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local
