Group currently has 12 family medicine physicians, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 7 Physician Assistants in 4 locations in the Eugene, Oregon suburbs. Due to community growth and demand, the group is adding an additional Family Medicine physician. About the opportunity Join the largest primary care private practice in the county Work a 4-day workweek and see 18 to 20 patients per day Strictly outpatient practice Embedded Behavioral Health and Clinical Pharmacy Patient-centered medical home setting The position offers a salary based upon MGMA guidelines, an incentive plan, a benefits package, and a 2-year partnership track. Shareholders making between $300,000 and $500,000 per year.
