X-Ray Tech Location: Coos Bay, OR Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $30 to $45 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Permanent (Full Time) Currently offering a $5,000 -$10,000Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Offered Reedsport, Bandon, Coquille, Myrtle Point and North Bend are all locations by Hospital that would have options for housing with a 30 or so minute commute in. Again, there’s no traffic and would be a very scenic commute! Summary: Performs a variety of medical imaging exams for patients of all ages. Applies principles, theories and techniques of pertinent modality to provide reliable test results. Provides daily leadership of patient and department workflow. Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position. Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment. Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally & with the public. Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision. Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location. Requirements Requirements: Graduate of Accredited Radiology Technology program. Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist’s certification (in relevant *modality). Current Oregon license or recent graduate of approved program and holds a valid temporary Oregon permit previous to taking ARRT. registry. Registry must be obtained within a reasonable time period not to exceed one year (in relevant *modality). Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three years previous experience in hospital setting preferred. Willing to look at New Grads and less experience. BLS Certification, ARRT Certification. Benefits Benefits: Employee on-site gym.
