Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year - Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
