Therapists in implementing patient-specific treatment plans to
improve mobility, strength, and overall function./n/t - Administer
therapeutic exercises and interventions under PT supervision./n/t -
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in accordance with
facility policies./n/t - Educate patients and families on
rehabilitation techniques for continued progress at home./n/t -
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure
optimal patient outcomes./n/t - Maintain a clean, safe, and
organized therapy environment./n /nEducation & Certification
Requirements/n/n /n/t - Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist
Assisting from an accredited program./n/t - Current Oregon PTA
license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)./n/t - Current
BLS/CPR certification./n/t - Prior clinical or travel experience in
a hospital, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility preferred./n
