You’ll lead individualized rehabilitation plans, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement in patient satisfaction and for our organization. In this role, you’ll partner with hospital staff and leadership to ensure effective care coordination, resource management, and discharge planning. Your expertise will help shape program growth, uphold high-quality standards, and apply Lean principles to improve patient outcomes.
