Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Salem,
Oregon, 97301! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1 year of experience
within the last 3 years in PCU/IMC License: Oregon RN license
pending accepted Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Strong
telemetry or intermediate care experience Description: Locals
accepted. PJAN start only. Clinician will float if needed. Ratios:
1:4-6. First-timers accepted. Weekend requirement: Every other
weekend, but not guaranteed. RTO restrictions apply. No block
scheduling accommodations available. The role supports all adult
inpatient units. The team is highly flexible and knowledgeable in
adult inpatient care. Providers will float as needed to support
various units. Experience required in the management of telemetry,
interpretation of cardiac rhythms, and management of dysrhythmias.
Candidates must also have experience with peripheral line care and
management, isolation precautions, and O2 protocols. Experience
with cardiac drips, including nitroglycerin, Cardizem, and
amiodarone is essential. Familiarity with computerized
documentation is necessary. Patient ratios are RN 1:4-6 and CNA
1:6-13 on days and 1:10-13 on nights. Interdisciplinary support
includes IV teams, physical therapy, and rapid response teams. This
position provides support to various patient diagnoses across
Med-Surg and IMC levels of care. Floating to other locations may be
required. Refusing to float may result in contract cancellation.
Modules are non-billable and will be completed pre-start and
annually based on specialty. All candidates must provide proof of
certifications and relevant documents prior to starting. 5 Benefits
