Registered Nurse (RN), Medical/Surgical Job Type: FT | Days | Shift 07:00-1930 Wage scale: $56.65 - $78.08 per hour This is a Union position. Department/Unit Summary The RN - Med/Surg coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments. Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. - 4:1 Nurse Ratio - 8:1 CNA Ratio - Break Nurse, Charge Nurse, and Nursing Supervisor on staff - 38 Total Beds - 12 Hour Shifts How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.
