Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Salem, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,074 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU Float Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience within the last 3 years in MS/Tele License: Pending License Accepted Certifications: BLS Through AHA Must-Have: Strong Telemetry or Intermediate Care Experience Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in MS/Tele. Candidates are required to have strong telemetry or intermediate care experience. The work schedule consists of twelve-hour night shifts. Patient ratios are 1:4-6. The role may require floating to various units as needed. Floating to other facilities may be necessary. The Float Pool supports various adult inpatient units. Team members should be flexible and knowledgeable about adult inpatient care. Clinical duties include management of telemetry and interpretation of cardiac rhythms. Experience with cardiac drips such as nitro, Cardizem, and amiodarone is required. Candidates should be familiar with isolation precautions and PPE. Knowledge of O2 protocols and non-invasive airway management is essential. Computerized documentation experience is crucial. Travelers will float to different units as required. The role supports all adult inpatient units, including emergency departments and rehabilitation services. All applicants must possess necessary certifications and experience.
