progressive team with dedicated MD backup at two Level 3 trauma
centers Full-Scope Autonomy: Perform general surgery, OB, ortho
trauma, ENT, urology, and healthy peds, plus regional blocks
Flexible Weekly Hours: Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule averaging
32-40 hours, with home-based call (1:7) and post-call days always
off High-Earning Potential: Choose $300K W-2 or $360K 1099 with up
to $50K in tiered sign-on bonuses and 13 weeks of guaranteed
vacation Candidate Requirements Certified Registered Nurse
Anesthetist with active Oregon license (or eligibility) Comfortable
practicing independently across a range of surgical services Open
to both experienced CRNAs and new graduates Interest or experience
