Assignment Details - Tentative start Date: 1/26/2026 - ? Contract Length: 13 weeks - ? Schedule: Day shift, 5x8s (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) No 4x10s or 3x12s available - ??? Patient Ratio: 1:1 (up to ~6 visits/day) - Mileage Reimbursement: IRS Standard Requirements - ?? Active OR RN license (pending accepted) - ?? 1 year Skilled Home Health experience - ?? OASIS experience REQUIRED - ?? BLS(AHA) Certification - ??
