Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Board Certified/Board Eligible OBGYN physician to join our Skyline clinic and Salem Hospital team in Salem, Oregon. Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for women's health and the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of both obstetrics and gynecology services. 1.0 and 0.9 FTE (prorated compensation) schedule available. Our OBGYN physicians can also expect to: - Share call coverage - Work within a highly skilled, collegial, and dedicated team with a patient-centered approach to care - Have access to an advanced Epic EMR and virtual scribe service Working for Northwest Permanente, our OBGYN physicians enjoy: $391,000 to $479,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value* - Salary: $315,700 to $358,700 - Average annual call compensation - additional $26K - 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution) - 90% employer paid health plan - Paid annual education leave $2K annual education allowance - Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible In addition to Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include: - Relocation allowance - up to $15K - Generous sign-on bonus - $25K - Student Loan Assistance Program - up to $125K Other Exceptional Benefits: - Leadership opportunities - Shareholder opportunities * Projected annual total rewards value may be adjusted for FTE, experience, geography, and qualifications are subject to plan participation requirements.
