Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Home Health RN in Salem, Oregon, 97301! Pay Information
$2,838 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience:
Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year
of Hospice Experience License: Must have a valid nursing license in
hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficiency in OASIS and
HomeCare HomeBase EMR within the last 6 months, or completion of
retraining course during compliance. Description: Provides,
coordinates, and directs home nursing care according to physician's
orders. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises
and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses. Home
visits are required with periodic office meetings. Must have
reliable transportation and current driver's license.
Agency-required liability insurance is also required. The average
number of patients per day is 5-8. Contractor will be assigned
between 5-10 patients per day. There are different point values for
each type of visit and activity. Guaranteed hours are not offered.
If patient census is low, contractors may be floated to nearby
clinics to pick up hours. Types of cases include Start of Care,
Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits. Must accept every patient on the
schedule regardless of the location. All documentation must be
completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Delays or incomplete
documentation impacting billing may result in cancellation. Must be
open to traveling up to 75 miles from the assigned care center.
Must complete a Home Health Checklist. Must be open to on-call
rotations, with weekend coverage as needed. Local candidates are
accepted at the same rate. Proficiency in charting systems is
required. This is a backfill position. All candidates must be aware
