Description Physical Therapist Aide- Providence Benedictine
Nursing Center Schedule: Monday- Friday Service Area: Corvallis,
Albany, Lebanon, Dallas, Monmouth, South Salem areas Under the
supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides skilled physical
therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and
disabilities, taking into account individual patients' special
physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client
treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum
patient/client independence in accordance with individual's
functional level and potential. Working in Home Health provides the

About the Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a
service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000
