ACI Health is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented X-ray
Technologist to join our team at a respected short-term acute care
teaching hospital. This role involves performing a variety of
radiographic procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and
treating patients across all age groups. The ideal candidate is
experienced, certified, and committed to delivering high-quality
imaging and compassionate patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized diagnostic X-ray examinations in
inpatient, outpatient, and portable settings Ensure accurate
positioning and image quality according to physician orders and
radiology protocols Prepare and operate radiologic equipment,
including mobile units and C-Arm systems Maintain patient safety
and comfort throughout procedures Collaborate with healthcare team
members to support timely and effective patient care Follow
established infection control and safety procedures, including
isolation precautions Accurately document imaging procedures and
maintain patient records using hospital systems (Epic preferred)
Provide age-appropriate care across a broad patient population,
from infants to older adults ACI Health, a Fairfax, VA–based, Joint
Commission–accredited staffing and consulting partner, deploys
travel, contract, and permanent RNs, LPNs, and allied clinicians
nationwide, supported by robust credentialing and MSP services.
