Job Summary: Provides patients with evaluations, assessments, prognoses, treatments and education through a continuum of care, with an emphasis on hand therapy. /n Job Requirements: /n Education and Work Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in occupational or physical therapy or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelor’s): Required /n - Master's Degree: Preferred /n - Two years' occupational therapy experience: Preferred /n Licenses/Certifications: - Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required /n - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required /n - American Society of Hand Therapists certification: Required /n - Occupational Therapist (OT): Required /n - Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC): Required /n Essential Functions: - Performs and documents consultations, evaluations and assessments. Identifies problem areas and abnormal findings. Implements appropriate advanced clinical tests. /n - Performs patient care, plans treatment programs, evaluates intervention responses and modifies treatment plans appropriately.
