Overview:

Leading outpatient provider focused on substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, dedicated to underserved communities impacted by the opioid crisis since 2014.

Offers evidence-based care combining medication, group therapy, and personalized support both online and in person, promoting long-term recovery and improved quality of life.

Collaborates with community partners, public agencies, and health plans to elevate addiction healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intakes after evaluations by counselors.
Monitor clinical progress during group sessions, manage medication dosing, and answer patient questions.
Authorize prescriptions during monthly visits and complete all documentation in EMR within required timelines.
Supervise APRN Practitioners, following strict clinical protocols supported by a technology-driven system.
Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered Florida MD/DO license and DEA registration.
Minimum 1 year prescribing Buprenorphine with proof of DEA training.
Board certification in Addiction Medicine preferred; other specialties with relevant experience are welcome.
