Job Description:

A healthcare professional responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care under physician supervision.
Utilizes the nursing process to manage patient care, including timely documentation of history, assessments, and treatments.
Conducts thorough pre- and post-wound care assessments and develops multidisciplinary care plans addressing medical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
Monitors patient responses, revises care plans as necessary, and ensures accurate documentation for reimbursement.
Administers medications and treatments safely, assists physicians with procedures, and recognizes urgent patient changes requiring intervention.
Provides patient and family education on treatment plans, procedures, and disease management, with attention to cultural and age-specific needs.
Offers leadership and oversight to team members, maintains treatment areas, and manages supplies.
Handles communication tasks, including scheduling, referrals, and documentation.
Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license, BLS certification, and 1-3 years of experience preferred.
Work is per diem as needed, not exceeding 950 characters.
