Job Description:
Seeking RN/LPN for Saturday overnight shift (11pm-7am) in
Cumberland, with preferred experience in NJT and BIPAP. Responsible
for creating and managing personalized care plans, assessing
patients, and ensuring quality home care services. Supervise staff,
coordinate with healthcare professionals, and evaluate patient
progress regularly. Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain
documentation, and oversee operations including staffing, supplies,
and community outreach. Maintain current RN licensure, complete
ongoing education, and adhere to safety standards. Qualifications
include a current RN license, at least 3 years of nursing
experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong
communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are
essential.
