Job Description:

This Nursing position requires independent practice in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex patient care while managing contingencies.
Responsibilities include applying nursing processes-----"assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation-----"while addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administer medications, monitor effects, document patient information, and provide education to patients and families.
Core competencies emphasize critical thinking, effective communication, patient flow management, unit operations, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Technical skills involve adherence to clinical policies, health information documentation, use of medical equipment, processing orders, chart interpretation, and ensuring patient safety.
Qualifications include a BSN preferred, RN license, BLS certification, and 1-year relevant experience. Work schedule is 3 days of 12-hour shifts, full-time.
