Job Description:

Our client near the Columbia River in Washington State is seeking a full-time permanent 4-days a week Nurse Director to oversee Perioperative Services. You will oversee both the surgery department and surgery center. Previous surgery department management experience with knowledge of surgery/clinic billing and coding concepts.

Details of the Perioperative Services Director position:

Oversight of surgery department and surgery clinic
16 FTEs
1 OR and 1 procedure room
3200 surgical clinic visits last year

Requirements of the Nurse Director:

Previous surgery management experience
Able to perform RN roles in surgery such as PACU, although will not be often
Demonstrated ability to build
