Job DetailsTact Staff is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN for a home health position in Salem, Oregon.Job Requirements

• Employment Type: TravelAs a travel nurse RN, you will provide coordinates and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physicians orders based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. You will be responsible to Clinical Manager and directly supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses.Work EnvironmentHome visits and periodic office meetings are required. You must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. The average number of patients per day is 5-8, with a guaranteed 30 points per week.
