The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate mannerRequirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in Home Health Care
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oregon
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
