The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesRequirements:
  • Current Massachusetts license
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
