Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at Salem Hospital. • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) certification.
  • Chemotherapy (CHEMO) certification.
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
  • National Institute of Health (NIH) Stroke Certification.Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position with a 4x9 schedule, including some weekends.What We Offer
