We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse for a Hospice RN position in the home health setting. This position is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The nurse must be willing to participate in a weekend on-call rotation. The pay and benefits are generous for this Hospice Registered Nurse position. The RN must have at least 6 months of licensed experience in any setting and the desire to work in the hospice setting. These hospice visits are done in the home setting. Because the Registered Nurse will manage the cases of their hospice patients in the home setting, the position is titled Hospice Case Manager. This Hospice RN Case Manager position is with a home health and hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. Any experience will be accepted as long as the RN has at least 6 months of licensed experience and the desire to work in the hospice setting. The RN must have a current CPR certification, valid Driver's license, and valid auto insurance. The registered nurse must be a registered nurse (RN). The registered nurse must be licensed in the state.
