balance. We are currently seeking a full-time PMHNP for our Salem,
Oregon, office. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication
management services at New Perspectives Center.Hybrid model - in
county considered.Compensation:Salary modelFull-time employees can
earn 100K - 140K annually.Requirements:Must have an active Nurse
Practitioner unrestricted license in Oregon.PMHNP
CertifiedExperience with Oregon Administrative RuleComfortable
providing services to members, clients, and patients with
SPMIExperience with children, adolescents & adultsBLS
certified.Demonstrated a history of professional growth and
development.Self-motivated and independent clinician able to
quickly build rapport with clients.Advantages:This is a W2

of clinical presentationsActive DEA in the state of OregonJob
Duties:Conducts intakes, assessments, evaluations, case management,
and ongoing medication management.Maintains individual records
within appropriate and required timelines including, but not
limited to, closing files within 90 days, which encompasses
required transfer summaries, PCP notifications, and MOTS
information; Billing sheets must correspond with actual services
rendered per documented service notes; Service notes completed
within 48 hours of service.Performs individual, family, and group
therapy and case management functions and activities with
individuals.Provide required LMP signatures, per OAR.Maintains
appropriate individual records. Close files within 90 days,
including discharge summaries and TSR information; billing sheets
must correspond with actual services rendered per documented
progress notes; progress notes must be completed within 48 hours of
service.Consult with other NPC providers to ascertain what services
are in the individual's best interest.Attend staffing: 1 hour of
documented group oversight per quarter, 1-hour records group, and
one hour of individual face-to-face supervision
quarterly.Attendance at Quarterly All Staff meetings.New
Perspectives Center contractors will involve themselves in
continuing education according to their professional licensing
requirements, but not to be less than twenty (20) hours per year.
Four (4) of the twenty required continuing education hours must be
completed in Cultural Competency per CCO contract requirement.Care
Coordination-Contractors shall ensure communication, collaboration,
and individual and team meetings with other CCO system partners
regarding CCO members under your care. These meetings include but
are not limited to, Child and Family meetings for children
receiving wrap-around services and interdisciplinary meetings with
CCO partners for high-needs members.Other duties as assigned.About
