Physician Opportunity: Obstetrics & Gynecology - Oregon Opportunity Highlights: Hospital-employed OB/GYN position with a community-based, patient-centered, not-for-profit organization One of the largest acute care hospitals in the state Collaborative Midwifery Group, OB Hospitalist Team, GYN/ONC, and MFM 4-Day Work Week: 3 clinic days and 1 OR day Est. 25 patients per day; the group averages 30 deliveries per month 1:5 call (expected to increase to 1:6 soon) State-of-the-art facilities; EPIC EMR 2-3 exam rooms per provider, 3 procedure rooms, 3 NST rooms, 1-2 designated medical assistants, and more Financial Highlights: $685,000 Total Compensation Earnings $376k guaranteed base + wRVU production bonus in the 90% $100,000 sign-on bonus Up to $27,000 relocation assistance Up to $100,000 student loan repayment License coverage, CME, health benefits, retirement man, PTO, and more!
