Job Description - Nurse Director - Davenport 7, Medical Cardiology (3222407) Nurse Director - Davenport 7, Medical Cardiology - ( 3222407 ) Twenty-four hour accountability and responsibility for clinical and administrative operations of one or more patient care departments. Oversees the coordination and collaboration with the Division of Patient Care Services, physicians, and other departments in establishing and implementing cost effective, state-of-the-art quality care. Accountable for performance improvement initiatives that maintain standards of practice. Required:

• Intense attention, concentration, good visual, verbal, hearing skills, and attention to detail. Effectively interacts with a wide range of personality types and ages. Effectively interacts with diverse cultural backgrounds. -
  • Requires a Minimum of 3-5 -years experience in an acute care hospital. -
  • Clinical background in appropriate areas of practice
  • Directorial and leadership experience required.
    • BSN required
    • Masters Degree preferred
